Method
- Add the white chocolate chips and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl.
- Heat on 30 second increments, stirring well in between, until melted.
- Add the rice Krispie cereal, mini marshmallows, and half of the chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl.
- Once the chocolate and peanut butter mixture have cooled, pour into the mixing bowl.
- Toss everything together until the ingredients are well coated and the chocolate is evenly distributed.
- Drop this mixture by large spoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Move the cookies to the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
