What is a Blondie?
Blondies are a delicious twist on the classic brownie but without the chocolate! Instead of cocoa or melted chocolate, these golden bars get their rich, sweet flavor from brown sugar and vanilla extract.
This gives them a delightful butterscotch-like taste with a soft, chewy texture.
A well-made blondie is gooey in the center, slightly fudgy, and packed with warm, buttery goodness. It’s the perfect treat when you’re craving something sweet but not overly chocolatey—just the right balance of richness and vanilla flavor!
