Today, I am sharing 10 unique summer crafts for kids. As summer rolls around, we all get excited for summer vacation! Yay, no more school!
The only problem is after a few weeks, the boredom kicks in, and we all find ourselves thinking, now what?
Well, fear not. Here are 20 fun crafts to do this summer!
10 Unique Summer Crafts For Kids
You only need dish soap, paint, a container, and a straw.
This is so easy: mix everything into the container, blow bubbles, and dab your paper into the bubbles.
You will create a beautiful flower!
To make these simple flowers, you don’t need a lot of supplies or talent.
Supplies: Plastic straw, scissors, paper, and craft paint.

This craft is perfect for summer!
Supplies: Mini popsicle sticks, Blue paint, Paintbrush, Permanent glue dots, Colored cardstock or construction paper, Scissors, Glue

4 – FREE Mermaid Coloring Pages
Get some fun mermaid coloring pages. These are completely free and will keep your kids busy this summer.
5 – Make a Jelly Fish in a Bottle
This is such a cool project for summer!
All you need: A water bottle, blue food coloring, and a plastic bag.
I feel like a 7 to 10 year old would be able to make this project completely by themselves. Easy yet fun.
Summer Crafts and Activities in One
This is such a great alternative to water balloons!
Get some colorful sponges, cut them into strips, and use string to tie them together.
Once these are made your kids can refill them by dunking then into a bucket and they last a long time!
Such a fun activity for summer.
Spinners are super fun to play with and easy to make.
My kids actually made one at school and loved it so much they wanted to make more.

This craft is great for little kids. The best part is you don’t need a lot of supplies.
Just some watered down paint, a straw, and some paper!
If your kids are bored then this is a great craft when you need to give them something to do.

This is a fun Activity for when it’s too hot outside! Just print out these cards and play.
