Sock Bunny Craft

I am sharing how to make a fun yet easy Easter sock bunny craft today. My son made this little bunny, and it soon became a treasured friend.
Craft Supplies:
- One Large White Sock
- Scissors
- Rice
- Twine
- Craft Plastic Eyes
- Ribbon
- Stuffing
- Wire
- 2 round puffs
- Sticker Hands and Feet (you could also just cut out some card stock)
- Glue Gun & Glue

Take your sock and fill it with the rice. This will be the bunny’s body.
About a cup of rice should be enough, but the size of the sock may affect the amount. Add more or less if needed.

Now, using the twine, tie this closed. Make sure you still have enough room at the top to make a head for the bunny.

Now, stuff the next section with the stuffing. Using the twine, tie it shut. Now, you have the bunny’s head.
You can add a ribbon for the neck between the rice section and the head.

There should be some sock left over at the top. The opening of the sock.
Now, simply cut that in half to create the bunny ears. Tie the two sides into a knot at the base of the ears.

You can add the face to the bunny using the glue gun. If you don’t have anything for the face, you can use a marker to draw on a face.

This is how the final bunny looks.
